L'Union becomes Itinova

After a 100 years of existence, l'Union transforms itself and becomes Itinova, social and medical non-profit health group of personal care. The 2 700 employees of the 80 centers have one priority: attentions for others. 

Itinova's teams are moved by one conviction: to take care of someone, one have to consider the physical and material needs, but also the affective and spiritual needs. 

Kind and inclusive audio branding

Itinova's sound identity expresses kindness, support, attentions for everyone and hope despite the difficulties. 

The rapid yet human rhythm pattern is composed with snapping and clapping, sounding like encouragement. It reminds of the team's dynamism. The bright and positive harmonies with the envelopping voices support an ascending and warming melody that cares for the group's audience.
